From sunlight to the soil, from the temperature to the humidity, every factor is just perfect. The tea tree leaf is think and wearing an intense green color.
Spring teas grow in winter and are harvested in spring. It is foggy in the dawn and night during spring time. The fog forms a natural screen to filter excessive ultraviolet ray, sunshine and heat. It also causes diffusion of lights from the sun, so that the tannin in tea, which causes a bitter taste, is reduced. The light-golden-color tea comes with an elegant fragrance and a smooth taste. No bitterness is tasted, but only a lingering taste is left; moreover, a fruity fragrance can be tasted.
